Hullabaloo in social media after disclosure of Mukherjee’s visit to Gumnami Baba

After disclosure of Ravindra Shukla that he personally took Pranab Mukherjee to Gumnami Baba’s residence in Uttar Pradesh where they met, there is hullabaloo and commotion even in social media.

Sreejith Panickar of Mission Netaji group says-
This is serious – “Pranab Mukherjee met Gumnami Baba in the 1980s.”

Ravindra Shuklaji says he personally took Pranab Mukherjee to Gumnami Baba’s residence in Uttar Pradesh where they met.

As witness number 48 before the Justice Mukherjee Commission of Inquiry, Pranab Mukherjee did not make any mention of this meeting.

If Shuklaji’s statement is right, what Pranab Mukherjee did before the Commission is nothing but lying under oath, or hiding the truth.
In any case, Rashtrapati Bhawan must give an official response to this.

Moreover, Anuj Dhar of Mission Netaji was there when Pranab Mukherjee appeared before Mukherjee Commission. He was witness no 50.

Gumnami Baba mistery took a quixotic turn on when the Sahai Commission was informed that President Pranab Mukherjee had met him in Faizabad in the 1980s when he was a Union minister in the Congress government.

The Sahai Commission was conducting the hearing in Faizabad on Tuesday, when Shukla made the  disclosure.

Ravindra Shukla, who was in touch with Gumnami Baba and one of the 13 people who witnessed his funeral at Guptaar Ghat, admitted before the commission that Mukherjee visited him once, during Navratra in October.

According to Shukla the first time he saw Bhagwanji with his own eyes was after he passed away, and he closely resembled Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Mukherjee was minister of commerce and steel & mines from January 1980 to January 1982. He was finance minister from January 1982 to December 1984.

It seems that he won”t be able to speak the truth, even he is president. As he is more worried about his siblings future in INC than the truth to come out.
