Bread slices -2
finely chopped Onion – 1
finely chopped Tomato -1
finely chopped vegetables (Cucumber, Carrots, Cauliflower)
Finely chopped green chillies -2
Oil – 1 table spoon
Curd – 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder – needful
Garam Masala – 2 pinch
pudina powder – 2 pinch
rai -1/2 tsp
finely chopped coriander leaves
First of all heat a non-stick tava and cook the bread slices using some ghee, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
Cut the bread slices horizontally and vertically into 4 square pieces and keep aside.
In a bowl, combine the curd with chilly powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well.
spread curd gravy on bread slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds (rai).
When the seeds crackle, spread it on bread.
Garnished with coriander and serve.
If you do not want to use curd gravy, just spread tomato catch-up on bread and add tadaka of rai and curry patta. (For kids’ lunch box)
