This is the photograph of the first day meeting of the constitute assembly, presided over by Sachchidanand Singh.

Now this hall is called Central hall where members of both houses of parliament relax during recess, make gossips over cup of tea or coffee.

You may identify Sharad Chandra Bose, Vallabh Bhai Patel sitting in the first raw.

They were the founder fathers of Indian Constitution who decided it to the nation taking solemn in th people and inserting it to the preamble saying, “WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA…”

It was bond or contract between the people and government and also the constitutional institution for all areas of governance so as to reach to the height of the cherished goals enshrined in the contitution.
