From Cold Storage of Eating Cruelty Free

PINACOLADA-with a vegan twist

1 cup coconut milk(chilled)
1 cup pineapple juice (chilled)
1/2 cup soda water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Pineapple slice for garnish
Using a balloon whisk, mix together, pineapple juice and coconut milk.
Pour some of this mixture into a glass(a little more than half the glass)
Pour in the soda water, just before serving to give it a nice fizz
Garnish with bits of pineapple.

KIWI-MANGO BUBBLY

Make a puree of 1 cup peeled,diced mangoes , 1/2 cup , peeled chopped kiwi and maple syrup according to taste.
Place about 2-3 tbs of the puree at the bottom of a glass.
Fill almost to the top with chilled soda water…stir and serve.

CRANBERRY-WATERMELON SLUSHY

3 cups watermelon, de seeded,cubed and frozen
1/2 cup rehydrated cranberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
maple syrup/unrefined sugar(if required)
Blend together in a high speed mixer.
Serve garnished with mint leaves

MANGO-KIWI COCONUT MILK SHAKE

Make a puree of 1 cup peeled,diced mangoes , 1/2 cup , peeled chopped kiwi and maple syrup according to taste.
Add thick coconut milk(according to the consistancy you prefer)…pulse for a few seconds in a blender.
Serve chilled.
